Iced Hot Chocolate
- 4 ounces high quality 70%+ chocolate (recommended: Sambirano Madagascar by Coleman & Davis)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup organic milk
- 3 cups crushed ice
- 2 tablespoons organic sugar to taste (This will vary depending on the chocolate you use, so start light and add more if needed)
Melt chocolate in a bain marie (a hot water bath), slowly stirring in water. Pour mixture into high-powered blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend away to desired consistency. Enjoy!
