This elegant take on a sotol sipper is rounded out with orange liqueur and aged rum.
1 oz. sotol
1/2 oz. Zaya Gran Reserva 12 rum
1/2 oz. Ferrand dry curaçao
3/4 oz. Dolin Rouge vermouth
Orange peel, for garnish
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel.

1 oz. Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Plata
1 oz. Del Maguey Chichicapa mezcal
1/2 oz. Averna amaro
1 teaspoon Marie Brizard Orange curaçao
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange peel, for garnish
Stir all ingredients in a large wine glass without ice. Mist Angostura bitters on top. Flame orange peel, then use to garnish.
