Prickly Pear Margarita
Serves 1
- 2 ounces tequila
- Juice of 1/2 large lime
- 1 teaspoon confectioners’ sugar
- 11/2 ounces triple sec
- 3 tablespoons prickly pear syrup
- 1/2 cup cracked ice
- Salt, for the rim of the glass
- 1 slice of lime, for garnish
Put all the ingredients except the salt and lime slice in a mixing glass. Add ice cubes and stir. Strain and serve straight up in a salt-rimmed glass garnished with a slice of lime.
