The Chinook

  • 2 oz. Nolet’s Gin
  • .75 oz. Cocchi Americano
  • 1 oz. of fresh squeezed carrot juice
  • .5 oz. ginger syrup
  • 4 dashes of Regan’s Orange Bitters

 Shaken and double strained in to a coupe martini glass, garnish with a carrot slice.
